Refunds

Received a damaged product? No Worries :-)

We made it as easy as possible because we won't rest until you love it!

Our products are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund. 

Please email classiateam@gmail.com with your refund claim.

* To complete your return, we require a receipt as proof of purchase.

* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind or in the case where you require a smaller or larger size or a different colour.

* All refunds must be supported with photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged.

* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded.  

Non-returnable items exempt from being returned include:

* Gift cards

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds - We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items - Sale items are not refundable and cannot be refunded.

Gifts - If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the our supplier HQ. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. 

Unclaimed Shipments - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the our suppliers HQ facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
